Wyeast Bristish Ale 1098
This yeast allows malt and hop character to dominate the profile. It ferments dry and crisp, producing well-balanced beers with a clean and neutral finish. Ferments well down to 64°F (18°C).
Temperature Range: 64-72 F, 18-22C
Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV
Liquid yeast makes awesome beer! We carry W/Yeast liquid yeast in 175 ml “smack packs”. These are good for minimum 6 months to from the date of manufacturing. It is Highly Recommended to activate and allow the pack to swell prior to pitching. Failure to allow yeast to properly activate will often result in contamination.
