Here's a simple breakdown of the wine making process:

Day 1-Mix the ingredients in your “Primary Fermenter”. Don’t forget to add the yeast.
Day 7-“Rack” (transfer) the wine into the 23 litre bottle (carboy). Attach an airlock to keep the wine protected.
Day 20-Add your final packets to help the wine to clear and to keep it stable. Stir well.
Day 28-Your wine should now be clear and ready for bottling. Fill 30 bottles and put in the corks. (Note: Some people choose to filter for a bright commercial polish, but you have time to learn about this later).
There you have it. That’s it. That’s how you make wine. That wasn’t so bad now was it? The instructions are a little more in depth to address different possible scenarios but that’s the process in a nutshell.
